Puerto Banús, marina living at the centre of the action
Puerto Banús is Marbella's landmark marina. Long jetties of large yachts sit between low white residential blocks, beach clubs, and a tight ring of boutiques and restaurants.
It is the most walkable corner of the coast. Almost everything a resident needs sits within a short stroll: cafés in the morning, the beach by noon, dinner on the quay at night.

The marina at the centre
The marina is the anchor. Yachts of every size sit along the jetties, and the quay is lined with restaurants, cafés, and boutiques. Most homes are within a few minutes' walk of the water.

Apartments and penthouses
Most buyers here choose an apartment or a penthouse. Frontline marina homes are the most sought after, with terraces over the boats. Nearby streets offer quieter options at lower prices but with the same easy access.

Beach clubs and the paseo
The beach starts right next to the marina. Beach clubs spread along the sand toward San Pedro, and the paseo runs for kilometres in both directions, perfect for a morning walk or a sunset stroll.

Shops, food, and evenings out
Boutiques, gelaterias, and a dense ring of restaurants surround the port. It is one of the few parts of the coast where you can live without a car for days at a time.
